CLEANING BY REVERSE OSMOSIS
The water is impure in nature, that is rich of minerals, calcium and many other substances. If it is removing all the impurities and thus making it a "pure" yields a solution that is ready to attract to unstable if the impurities in which it comes in contact. Pure water results extremely effective in cleaning glass, solar panels and in general of all surfaces smooth and non-porous. The use of pure water eliminates the need to use chemicals for cleaning operations strongly reducing the environmental impact. The "pure" water is produced by a water purification plant, unique in its kind, which combines the technology of reverse osmosis and deionization, generating 100% pure water with absolutely no salt residues. In addition to being completely non-polluting, pure water has a high cleaning power. The mass of pure water produced carries away the dirt lying on the surface.
The use of the telescopic carbon fiber, which can reach 30 meters in height, ease, speed, optimizes and secures the work of our staff. Reverse osmosis is a method that we also use for the cleaning of photovoltaic systems, to ensure their maximum yield in the field of production of electric energy through the exploitation of the solar rays. The more the panel is clean, shiny without halos, powders and residues of rainwater, the more its yield will be better and lasting over the years.
For special cleaning of skyscrapers Consortium T-TAURI uses a remote-controlled robot to land which, adhering to glass surfaces by means of the fans, cleans safely, quickly and effectively the facades of skyscrapers without height limits. The synergistic action of the rotating brush self-cleaning, which removes dirt, and 'pure demineralized water that excludes the use of chemical pollutants, ensures a perfect cleaning and immediate drying of the surfaces. The robot moves at a speed of 10 m/min cleaning an area up to 1500m ²; this allows considerable savings in manpower and schedule related to cleaning operations that allow the scheduling of periodic interventions per year. Compared to manual cleaning of the facades of the skyscrapers, the robot makes cleaning safer and more effective. It replaces the dangerous work of cleaners of glasses in share of stairs or platforms with a fully self-contained and self motive. In addition, various safety devices such as emergency stop, make it reliable and safe against the risk of falling.
As for glasses, skyscrapers and photovoltaic, also for cleaning boats, yachts, speed boats and boats' sails, Consortium uses reverse osmosis' process, also proved very effective on this typuliziavetratebarche.jpgpe of surfaces.Once the cleaning and degreasing of surfaces, using reverse osmosis, will be applied a multi-purpose product for the materials of boats, designed for the marine environment and for the protection of surfaces.
The proposed solution combines with the surface forming a protective film invisible, often a few nanometers, able to yy001bis.jpgprotect the surface from any kind of dirt in general, and make easier the maintenance next. Therefore acts effectively on: impacts of insects, bird droppings,limestone, wear, rust, ultraviolet rays, acids, algae and mollusk, maintaining its properties for months.
The removal of persistent substrates will be performed using a special transmitter which can generate mechanical waves (Vibrations), able to eliminate the base on which stick algae and molluscs.
